Corrections policy
Fealty is a factual record. If something is wrong, we want to fix it — here is exactly how that works.
How to report an error
Every fact on Fealty links to its public source. Pages about individuals carry a “Report an error” control on the page and on each claim — no account is needed. You receive a reference code to identify your report; we never require your identity to accept one.
How we review
Each report moves through received → under review → resolved or declined. We check the disputed statement against its cited public source, and a report is resolved by one of: correct (the fact is fixed), annotate (context is added), suppress (the page or the specific claim is removed from public view, effective immediately), or decline (with a stated reason).
Timelines
We aim to acknowledge a report within 3to complete substantive review within 103 business days.
Removal requests
Where a fact is inaccurate or not supported by its cited source, we correct or suppress it. Facts that are accurate and supported by their source are annotated on request rather than removed — the public record stays intact, with your context attached.
What we keep, and for how long
Reports and an append-only audit trail of every status change — our good-faith record of how each report was handled — are retained for 3and deleted 12 months after your report is resolved. Everything else on a page is drawn from public SEC filings, not personal data Fealty collected.
Contact
The on-page “Report an error” control is the primary reporting channel; you can also reach us by email. Fealty publishes no score, rating, or judgment of any individual, so a correction is always about a fact and its source — never about a characterization. corrections@fealty.report.
