What we collect

Account information — the email address you use to sign in (Fealty uses passwordless magic-link and Google sign-in) and, if you create them, your watchlist and alert preferences.

Usage and technical data — standard server logs, including IP address and request metadata, used to operate, secure, and rate-limit the service.

Payment information — if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. Fealty never receives or stores your full card details; Stripe returns only a customer and subscription reference.

How we use it

To authenticate you and maintain your session, to deliver the email alerts you opt into, to operate and secure the service, and to manage subscriptions and entitlements.

Fealty does not sell your personal information and does not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Fealty relies on a small set of processors to run: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payments). Each processes data only to provide its service, under its own terms.

Cookies

Fealty uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and — before public launch — a site-access cookie for the shared preview password. Fealty does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention and your choices

You can unsubscribe from any alert email at any time, and you can ask to delete your account and its associated personal data by contacting us. Factual information about companies drawn from public filings is part of the public record Fealty publishes and is retained per the published methodology.

If you believe a published fact is inaccurate, the corrections policy explains how to report it and how corrections are handled.

Children

Fealty is not directed to children; it is intended for adults making use of public-company information.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
