Terms of Service
Last updated Aug 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of Fealty. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Fealty compiles factual information from public SEC filings and other public sources, each linked to its source, and publishes say-do credibility analysis of companies using a consistent, published methodology. Everything on Fealty is for informational purposes only; it is not investment advice and not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. See the Disclaimer for the full framing.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Provide accurate information and let us know of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual term. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change on a going-forward basis with notice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach or probe the service's security, scrape or bulk-extract content except through the API under its terms, resell or redistribute the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. API access is subject to its own rate limits and key terms.
Content and intellectual property
The underlying SEC filings are public. Fealty's methodology, scores, presentation, and site content are Fealty's. You may share individual receipts and share cards with attribution and their source links intact.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind, and may contain errors or omissions despite sourcing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fealty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Corrections
If you believe a published fact is inaccurate, the corrections policy sets out how to report it and how corrections are handled.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and your continued use means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States. The governing jurisdiction is being finalized and will be stated here before public launch.
This is a plain-language baseline, not lawyer-ratified. A counsel review — including the governing-law jurisdiction and subscription/refund specifics — is recommended before public launch.
